Upon request to the organisers via our
      contact form we may change your name to protect your privacy.

Use of Event Photography: By attending a ThinkingBeyond event, you grant ThinkingBeyond the right to capture and use photographs or video recordings of the event, which may include images of participants, for promotional purposes. These images may be shared across our social media channels and other promotional platforms. If you do not wish for your image to be used, you can withdraw your consent by notifying us via our contact form or the programme organisers’ contact email address shared with participants of our events. Upon receipt of such notice, we will make reasonable efforts to cease using your image in future promotional materials.

    7. Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. This includes the use of your image in event photography or other personal data collected during your participation. Note that withdrawal of consent to process your data as regards our programmes may prevent your participation.
