As part of our commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, we expect all individuals aged 18 and above participating in our online programmes to conduct themselves with utmost care and consideration towards minors. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following:

  1. Responsible Conduct: Participants aged 18 and above are expected to demonstrate responsible behavior at all times, especially in interactions with minors enrolled in the same programme.
  2. Respectful Communication: Participants must communicate respectfully and appropriately with minors, refraining from language or behavior that could be deemed harmful, offensive, or inappropriate.
  3. Maintaining Boundaries: Participants must maintain appropriate boundaries in their interactions with minors, refraining from engaging in any form of exploitation, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
  4. Reporting Concerns: If participants become aware of any behavior that raises concerns for the safety or well-being of minors, they are obligated to report such incidents immediately to the programme organisers or designated authorities. The programme organisers can be reached via the contact form on this website or the designated programme email shared with the participants and all external contractors.
  5. Non-Disclosure of Personal Information: Participants must not solicit, share, or disclose personal information (such as contact details, location, or images) of minors without explicit consent from their guardians or legal representatives.
  6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to child protection, privacy, and online safety.
  7. Zero Tolerance Policy: Any violation of this child protection clause will result in immediate removal from the programme, and appropriate legal action may be pursued as necessary.
